Calculation

Goal: move every card to the four foundations. Suit does not matter.

• The foundations start with Ace, 2, 3, and 4. They advance by 1, 2, 3, and 4 ranks respectively, wrapping after King.
• The sequences all end at King: A-2-3...; 2-4-6...; 3-6-9...; and 4-8-Q....
• Play the face-up stock card straight to a foundation or park it on one of four holding piles.
• Holding piles accept stock cards in any order, but only their top card can leave, and cards cannot move between holding piles. Plan carefully: there is no redeal.
